Living In Perry Common
Perry Common is part of the Kingstanding Ward in North Birmingham and over the last fifteen years has undergone a major regeneration programme that is nearing an end.
In a recent survey, 85% of residents said that they were happy living in Perry Common and had no plans to move from the area! Perry Common has a real sense of community and there are regular events each year that seek to build that community spirit further.
