Our Mission Statement:
Witton Lodge Community Association’s vision for Perry Common is of a thriving vibrant community in which the Association acts as a catalyst
for community activity.
Its mission is to provide good quality homes that people are happy to live in, to manage facilities that enable people to flourish and grow and to work with residents and partners to create a safe, clean and friendly community that people are proud of.
Witton Lodge Community Association has been the backbone of the regeneration of Perry Common in Kingstanding, North Birmingham since our formation in 1994.
We are a non-registered housing association and own 167 properties in Perry Common including a 40 apartment Extra Care Scheme, Sycamore Court.
